About ParcelPath

We make every parcel accountable from pickup to handover

ParcelPath started from a simple frustration: sending a parcel across the country should not mean losing track of it. We built a platform where every step is recorded, every payment is verified and every delivery is proven.

Our mission

Logistics people can trust without calling a hotline

Small businesses, families and online sellers depend on couriers every day. Too often they rely on phone calls and guesswork to find out where a parcel is. ParcelPath replaces that with a live timeline that anyone can open with a tracking number.

Behind the scenes, a network of hubs and couriers works from the same system. Admins assign couriers to paid parcels, couriers update status from the field and every change is visible to the customer within seconds.

What the platform covers today

  • Pickup booking and online payment

Customers book and pay in one flow with Stripe Checkout.

  • Hub-to-hub movement

Admins sort parcels at origin hubs and dispatch them to destination hubs.

  • Last-mile delivery with proof

Couriers deliver and upload a photo the moment the receiver signs off.

  • Refunds handled automatically

Cancelling a paid shipment before pickup refunds the charge through Stripe.

Our values

The principles behind every feature

Transparency first

Every status change writes a tracking event and an audit log entry. Customers, couriers and admins all see the same truth.

Fair, predictable pricing

Charges come from a published formula based on route, weight and parcel type. No hidden surcharges, ever.

Speed without shortcuts

Concurrent updates are guarded in database transactions, so two people can never move the same parcel at once.

Respect for couriers

Couriers get a focused task board, a clear earnings view and a 20% commission on every delivery they complete.
